Upgrade your saddle with ease! Trade in your current saddle for immediate credit toward a new one from our stock.

Trade-In Rate:

  1. 45% fee (minimum $800).
  2. You’ll receive 55% of your saddle’s value as credit to use toward a new saddle.

Eligibility:

  1. Saddles must be <10 years old and valued at $2,000+.
  2. Acceptance is based on brand, style, condition, and inventory levels.

 

How It Works

Option 1: Try or Buy First

  1. Order a Saddle: Place an order for the saddle you’d like to try (free shipping included).
  2. Submit Trade-In Form: Complete the form within 5 days of your trial ending.
  3. Ship Your Saddle:Use the labels we provide. Pack your saddle in a double-wall box (14”x14”x24” to 18”x18”x24”). Drop off at any UPS location.
  4. Get Credit: We’ll refund your trade-in value to your original payment method.

 

Option 2: Send Saddle First

  1. Submit Trade-In Form: Complete the form, and we’ll confirm your saddle’s value.
  2. Ship Your Saddle: Use the labels we provide. Pack your saddle in a double-wall box. Drop off at any UPS location.
  3. Receive Credit: We’ll issue a “Trade-In Voucher” for your saddle’s value.
  4. Shop & Try: Use your voucher to order a new saddle (free shipping included).
